How it works

After registration and sharing their preferences, the company looks for a suitable cleaner. Usually, a cleaner is found within three days; they will get in touch to meet.

Subscription and support

The subscription includes a personal account with an overview of hours, a fund for damage caused by the cleaner, and a search for a replacement if the cleaner stops working. If there is no good fit, the company continues looking for another candidate.

Practical information

The subscription runs for at least one year and can then be cancelled monthly. It starts once the cleaner’s contact details have been emailed.
