Lions offers individual coaching and team coaching, with attention to professional coaching and personal skills. Programmes can consist of short individual sessions, often at work.

Lions focuses on the development of people and organisations. Founder Theo Ploeg is a certified Master NLP Coach and a formally qualified and competent teacher in MBO (senior secondary vocational education) and vocational and adult education.
