About the owner

Marchien van Diermen - Brak completed optometry in 1998, followed by orthoptics. She worked in an optician's shop and in the ophthalmology department of Maxima Medisch Centrum.

Fees and reimbursement

VGZ is contracted. With insurers that are not contracted, the patient pays the invoice and submits it themselves; an additional patient contribution may apply.
