Wing Chun Kung Fu Eindhoven provides Wing Chun classes at Gymzaal Pieter Poststraat in Eindhoven. The classes focus on self-defence and have separate groups for adults and children.

Classes

Classes take place in Eindhoven. Children and adults train in separate groups.

• Adults: Monday 20:00–22:00 hours
• Children aged 6 to 12: Friday 19:00–20:00 hours

Self-defence

Wing Chun is a self-defence system without competitions, referees or weight classes. Training covers, among other things, the centreline, simultaneous defence and attack, and economy of movement.

Children's classes

Children first practise setting boundaries, standing firmly, speaking clearly and making eye contact. They then learn simple techniques for getting out of a hold and creating distance.

About the instructor

Sifu Steven Bruininckx has led classes in Eindhoven since 2017. He has a black belt and a diploma as a certified Wing Chun instructor from the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (Dutch Ministry of VWS).

Classes are held at Gymzaal Pieter Poststraat. Members of the NWCF may join classes for free at other NWCF locations.
