The guidance focuses on eating without dieting, with a nutrition plan tailored to the body, goals and daily routine. It includes clear portions and recipes.

Exercise guidance can include walking, cycling, a home exercise plan, a gym plan or training together. Attention is also given to relaxation, sleep and self-care.

Packages and approach

The programmes combine, among other things, an intake, weekly coaching, a workbook, app access and aftercare. There are four packages and extensions for four, eight or twelve weeks.
