Training de Duik is a personal development training course in Groesbeek, with five consecutive training days and an evening programme. Participants explore their motivations and patterns and apply their insights to daily life.

The training

The experience-based training combines self-exploration with practical exercises. It uses, among other things, mindfulness, breathing techniques, family constellations, relaxation exercises and counselling techniques.

Location

The training takes place at conference centre De Poort in Groesbeek, on wooded grounds. Meals are provided by De Poort.

Coaches and trainers

Joost Harends runs De Duik together with a team of co-trainers. The trainers guide the process and tailor their support to participants’ personal situations, goals and pace.
