THE R STUDIO | Pilates has studios in the centre of Eindhoven and Eindhoven. The studio offers classical and modern Pilates classes on equipment and on the mat, in group classes and private, duo and own group classes.

Classes

Classes are available on reformer, tower and mat, as well as classes for pregnancy and the period after childbirth. Senior classes are also offered in Nuenen.

• Reformer: Classic Pilates Beginner, Classic Pilates Intermediate, Fusion and Flow Intermediate
• Tower: Beginner, Intermediate
• Mat: Classic Pilates Beginner, Classic Pilates Intermediate, Classic Pilates Advanced, Power and Flow, Stretch and Slow
• Pregnancy & Postpartum Pilates on reformer, tower or mat
• Senior Pilates on reformer, tower or mat in Nuenen

Class formats

Group classes have a maximum of five participants. Private, duo and own group classes are tailored to individual needs.

Intro classes and packages

There are single intro classes and an intro package for mat, reformer and tower.

• 1 Intro class – Mat Pilates
• 1 Intro class – Reformer or Tower Pilates

• 1 Intro package: 1 Mat class + 1 Reformer or Tower class

Studio and facilities

The studios have a calm, homely atmosphere and a self-service open bar with a small lounge and Pilates literature.

Practical information

Classes can be booked seven days a week. Grip socks are required and the minimum age is 16 years.
