Tayari Moja is a practice for massage and body-oriented coaching in Eindhoven. The sessions focus on warm, responsive touch, relaxation and connecting with what can be felt in the body.

Approach

The practice takes a holistic view in which body, mind, feelings and thoughts are connected. Before a session, there is a conversation about what the person needs; during the massage, the practitioner works intuitively, and silence provides space to relax and feel.

Practical information

Treatments take place on an extra-wide table with side armrests and a memory foam topper. The massage uses nourishing organic oil with added lavender; in colder months, the oil and table are heated. The reserved time is the treatment time, excluding the conversation beforehand and time to reflect afterwards.

• A magnesium foot bath can be booked with treatments of 60 minutes or longer.
• Free parking is available, usually right outside.
• The practice room is on the second floor. On special request, the living room can be set up for people with limited mobility or a physical disability.
• Only a 90-minute reservation is available for a massage in the living room.
