Sens beweegt je offers exercise therapy, physiotherapy and sleep therapy in Eindhoven and the surrounding area. The practice has three locations and helps people with problems affecting posture and movement, and with preventing them.

Sens beweegt je helps with problems affecting posture and movement and supports people in preventing problems. Treatment takes into account each person’s situation, psychological capacity and wishes for change.

Approach

Support starts with a conversation about symptoms and recovery goals, followed by an examination and a treatment plan. Clients receive exercises and advice and can stay in touch between appointments via e-health.
