Sanne de Jong Oefentherapie is a practice for Cesar Mensendieck exercise therapy (Dutch movement therapy) in Helmond. The practice treats problems related to posture, movement, the pelvis, breathing and sleep.

Exercise therapy

Treatment focuses on problems related to posture and movement during everyday activities. The therapist analyses movement patterns and teaches exercises, posture advice and tools for self-reliance.

Sanne de Jong graduated from Hogeschool Utrecht (Utrecht University of Applied Sciences) in 2014 and started her practice in March 2023.
