Podomanual therapy

In podomanual therapy, the podiatrist examines joint mobility in the foot and ankle and uses targeted mobilisations and manipulations. Treatment can be combined with exercises and an insole.

• Assessment of joint movement and walking pattern
• Gentle mobilisations and, if needed, a brief manipulation
• Exercises to maintain mobility
