Registration and appointments

You can register with a referral from your GP or specialist. If you are paying for the treatment yourself, you can register without a referral; an intake will then be scheduled.

Cancellations

An intake appointment must be cancelled at least five working days in advance, and a treatment appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel too late or do not attend without notifying the clinic, part of the reserved time will be charged.
