MindfulnessFabriek Eindhoven offers online mindfulness and compassion training, as well as group training at a venue. The training focuses on mindfulness, stress reduction and compassion.

Training

The MBSR training consists of eight online sessions with exercises, theory and guidance from a certified mindfulness trainer. The compassion training is a follow-up course with eight two-hour sessions, held every other week.
