Deems Coaching offers 1-to-1 coaching in Eindhoven. Its services are for women who want to feel more calm and confidence in their relationship with food and themselves.

1-to-1 Freedom programme

The programme combines coaching, psychodynamic therapy and lifestyle. Sessions are tailored to the client and focus on understanding patterns, emotions and needs.

Who it is for

The coaching is for women who want to improve their self-image or relationship with themselves and food. Support includes dealing with unease around food, emotions and other people’s opinions.

Approach

Together, they look at where patterns began and what lies beneath them. The support focuses on awareness, connecting with feelings and making choices that suit the client.
