Co-bidt

About Co-bidt

Co-BiDT is a consultancy for organisational change and acceleration in Eindhoven. Klaas van der Heijden helps organisations bring structure and culture together and shape change using the Co-BiDT method.

Offerings

Co-BiDT offers online sessions, a masterclass in Utrecht and guidance within organisations. There is also a change programme tailored at each step.

• Free online masterclass: nine sessions of one and a half hours
• Masterclass in Utrecht: eight days, every other week
• In-company Co-BiDT method: eight days over three months
• Change programme using the Co-BiDT method: four steps

The method

The Co-BiDT method connects structure and culture within an organisation. The architecture chain runs from governance decisions through to building and implementation, with four governance tables.

• Governance table
• Design table
• Change table
• Implementation table

Approach

Klaas does not take over the organisation, but guides the change. In Utrecht, in-company and during the change programme, participants work on an issue from their own organisation.

• Participants work on an issue of their own
• For in-company sessions, the organisation’s architects take part on all eight days
• The fixed price is agreed in advance

About Klaas
