Balans Rugcentrum Eindhoven

About Balans Rugcentrum Eindhoven

Balans Rugcentrum Eindhoven is a multidisciplinary centre for back and neck complaints in Eindhoven. It offers chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapy and exercise therapy, supplemented by lifestyle coaching.

Treatments

The practice brings together different areas of expertise for musculoskeletal complaints. Its approach includes examination, treatment and guidance focused on recovery and prevention.

• Chiropractic: focuses on the nervous system and freeing up joints and the spine.
• Osteopathy: treats physical complaints and considers connections between muscle, bone and organ tissue.
• Physiotherapy and exercise therapy: focus on freeing up muscles and tendons.
• Lifestyle coaching: guidance on physical activity, nutrition and stress management.

Approach

An intake, examination and digital scans identify the complaint or reason for seeking help. A course of treatment follows, starting with attention to the primary complaint and potentially adding lifestyle changes later.

• Digital back scan and treatment plan at the first appointment.
• Digital measurements to map the complaint and progress.

Complaints and guidance

• Acute pain, including complaints following whiplash.
• Recovery and rehabilitation after a sports injury.
• Chronic pain, such as with osteoarthritis.
• Prevention and lifestyle advice, including for burnout.
