The process starts with a no-obligation intake meeting. Size, cut, hair colour, length, colour and style are then discussed, and hairpieces are selected and adjusted where needed.

Locations and appointments

An intake can take place at the salon in Ede, at the customer's home or at another location, such as the hospital. Salon appointments are arranged by agreement and scheduled outside regular opening hours to provide privacy.
