About Unlock Together

Unlock Together organises The Soft Reset, retreats with personal guidance, breathwork and movement. In 2027, a retreat in the Netherlands and a week in Portugal are planned.

Retreats

The Soft Reset Portugal consists of seven days in the Portuguese countryside with breathwork, yoga, a day of silence and personal guidance. A three-day edition is also planned in the Netherlands.

• The Soft Reset Nederland 2027
• The Soft Reset Portugal 2027

Approach

The programme is built around five steps: slowing down, breathing more freely, feeling, softening and anchoring. Participants decide for themselves what suits them and which activities to join.

• Slowing down
• Breathing more freely
• Feeling
• Softening
• Anchoring

Guidance

The retreats are led by Trudy and Vera, each bringing their own expertise. Trudy leads yoga and gentle movement, among other things; Vera leads breathwork sessions and body-focused exercises based on Reiki.

• Yoga
• Gentle movement
• Breathwork sessions
• Body-focused exercises

Preparation

No experience with breathwork, yoga or meditation is needed. Participants can come alone and choose for themselves whether to take part in activities.
