About Reform You

Reform You is a Pilates studio in Dronten. The studio offers group classes and private and duo training on the reformer, with a focus on technique, control and personal guidance.

Group classes

Classes take place in small groups with a set group plan and, where needed, variations, corrections and adjustments.

• Reform: more flow, challenge and refinement

Private and duo

Private lessons last 50 minutes and are tailored to the client’s level, goals and any concerns. Duo training can be done with a friend or partner; times are arranged by mutual agreement.

Introductory programme

New clients start with two Fundamentals lessons to get to know the approach, the reformer and the basic principles of Pilates. They then receive advice on a suitable next step.

Approach

The classes follow the principles of the Polestar Pilates method. The focus is on posture, mobility, strength, control, precision and body awareness.

Practical information

The studio is at Het Zwarte Water 41 in Dronten. Classes can be booked through the Reform You app or via a browser.
