Approach

Support is one-to-one and combines coaching and therapy where needed. Appointments can take place at the client's home, in the practice or while walking.

Packages

There are two support programmes for individuals: LIGHT with three sessions and ALL IN with eight sessions. LIGHT includes exercises and support between sessions; ALL IN includes a balance planner.

• LIGHT: 3 sessions, about 1 session per month
• ALL IN: 8 sessions, 1 or 2 sessions per month

For employers

Iris prepares a quote for employers in consultation with them. Professional confidentiality still applies when an employer pays for the support.
