Personal counselling helps people understand situations and look for solutions within their own abilities. Coaching is part of counselling; the coach supports clients in finding acceptable changes.

Practical information

A session lasts an hour and a half. The first half hour of the first visit is free; counselling may be covered by supplementary insurance.

• Sessions last 1.5 hours
• Supervision can also take place via Skype
• Employers can request a plan or quote by arrangement

For groups

The counsellor is available as a speaker for women's groups on topics including self-confidence, assertiveness, mothers and daughters, forgiveness, friendship, and connection.
