Seagale offers mediation, coaching and team training in Den Haag. Mediator, trainer and coach Lillian van Wesemael supports, among other things, family and divorce cases, employment matters and collaborative divorce.

Mediation and divorce

During a divorce, Seagale supports partners together with lawyers through the divorce process and in finding solutions. The mediation focuses on the partners’ questions and situation, and on arrangements that allow children to thrive.

Collaborative divorce

A neutral coach supports discussions between partners and their lawyers and helps parents prepare a parenting plan. The discussions focus on cooperation, solutions and the children’s interests.

Coaching and support

Seagale offers coaching on work, parent-child relationships, children and relationship problems. Using DISC behavioural styles and drivers, Lillian helps clients understand their style and possible changes for better work and personal relationships.

About Lillian van Wesemael

Lillian has worked as a mediator, trainer and coach since 2000. Her experience includes employment matters, family and divorce cases, children’s position and intercultural issues. She also facilitates peer supervision groups and is a peer reviewer for the MfN.

International mediation

Lillian is a certified Cross Border Mediator and is affiliated with international family mediation networks. Discussions can take place in Dutch, English and Spanish.
