Psyche is a psychology practice in Den Haag offering online and in-person sessions. The practice provides individual psychological support, therapy, EMDR and support for businesses.

Treatment approaches

The practice lists cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, Voice Dialogue and EMDR. The support focuses, among other things, on anxiety, mood, stress, fatigue, pain, ADHD, OCD and trauma.

How it works

Individual sessions last 60 minutes; the first one or two sessions are intake interviews. A free introductory phone call lasts about 20 minutes.

Reimbursement and payment

Sessions are not reimbursed by Dutch health insurers. Depending on the policy, some international insurers may reimburse some or all of the costs; payment is possible by debit card or bank transfer.
