Praktijk voor Yoga en TRE® is a yoga practice in the centre of Den Haag. Diana van Gelder teaches hatha yoga classes and offers meditation gatherings, workshops and individual guidance.

Classes and gatherings

The yoga classes are held in small groups and last about 75 minutes. Classes are held on four days a week, with regular meditation gatherings and workshops.

Individual guidance

Since autumn 2020, Diana has offered individual classes and TRE® sessions. The guidance can combine different disciplines and is tailored to the client's needs.

Online classes

Online classes are themed classes via YouTube. After receiving the link, the class is available for two weeks and can be repeated during that period.

TRE®

TRE® stands for Tension Releasing Exercises. Through seven exercises, participants learn to release excess tension themselves.

• Introductory workshops

Practical information

Single classes and class series can be booked. A trial class is possible; contacting the practice in advance is necessary to arrange an appointment.

• Missed classes can be made up by arrangement within the same season.
• The yoga studio is closed during the specified school holidays.
