About OnlineBrainspotting

OnlineBrainspotting offers body-oriented support via Zoom from Norway to clients in the Netherlands and Flanders. The practice uses Brainspotting and integrative coaching.

Approach

Sessions begin with what is going on at that moment and how it can be felt in the body. Brainspotting is used when there is sufficient stability for it; the support follows the client’s pace.

Programme

After a free introductory meeting via Zoom, the client completes a questionnaire and has a first session lasting 75 to 90 minutes. A programme usually starts with six sessions; in between, the client receives a recording, a summary and an exercise.
