Mijnvoedingscoach is dietitian Judith Schelling’s practice in the Gezond aan Zee health centre in Scheveningen. The practice provides diet and nutrition guidance, with attention to sport, eating problems, weight, and stomach and intestinal complaints.

Guidance

Judith Schelling supports clients in changing their eating habits and finding a way of eating that suits their lives.

• People with stomach and intestinal complaints, such as IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), bloating, or abdominal pain

Consultations

An intake consists of a 60-minute consultation with personalised nutrition advice. An extensive nutrition recommendation with a personal daily menu follows within a week. Sports nutrition advice includes macronutrient calculations. Follow-up consultations last 20 to 30 minutes.

About Judith

Judith Schelling started her dietitian practice in 2009. She completed training and further education in dietetics, sports dietetics, eating disorders, IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), and the FODMAP diet.

Practical information

The practice is located in the Gezond aan Zee health centre in Scheveningen. Free parking is available in front of the building at certain times.
