Man-Zijn offers individual coaching and group work for men. The practice supports personal, relationship and professional concerns and organises men's groups, themed days and training sessions.

Individual coaching

The coaching focuses on emotions, relationships, boundaries, stress, fatherhood, leadership and meaning in life. A programme usually consists of eight sessions and can be tailored to the coaching need.
