Janneke's Werkplaats is a coaching and workshop practice in Den Haag. It offers body-aware coaching, workshops and peer supervision for people who want to break patterns, make use of their potential and feel better in themselves.

Body-aware coaching

This coaching programme uses body signals as a source of information and combines conversations with physical exercises. A programme consists of four to six sessions of up to 75 minutes, every two to three weeks.

A.P.K.

A.P.K. is a short coaching programme of three sessions, focused on clarity and personal or professional effectiveness.

Workshops

The workshops cover dealing with tension, balance between body and mind, and breaking patterns.

Peer supervision (intervision)

Peer supervision gives professionals a structured setting to explore work-related questions and situations with colleagues and learn from each other.
