Training

Haagsche Juristen provides training for government bodies, businesses, entrepreneurs and expats on employment and tenancy law matters.

• Employment law: use of temporary workers, terms of employment, severance payments, dismissal proposals, illness or incapacity for work, and study-cost clauses
• Tenancy law for residential property: tenant protection, ending and terminating a tenancy, defects in rental homes, security deposits and energy costs
• Tenancy law for commercial premises: contract terms and ROZ models, rent increases and assignment of a tenancy

Introductory meeting and fees

An initial phone call of about 20 minutes is free. An introductory meeting at the office lasts about 60 to 90 minutes and costs € 95 excluding VAT; an hourly rate or fixed-fee arrangement is also possible.

About the founder

Jordy Tschur has worked as a legal adviser in (social) legal aid since 2009. Haagsche Juristen was founded in 2024 when he joined forces with other legal advisers.
