About Evision Optics B.V.

Evision Optics B.V. operates under the name Beter Zien and has an eye care shop in Den Haag. The organisation provides low vision care and vision solutions for people with reduced vision.

Low vision care

Optometrists and orthoptists support ophthalmologists and optical businesses with questions about vision and eye health. A low vision assessment helps determine which vision solution is suitable.

• Low vision assessment
• Low vision consultation
• Personal advice

Vision solutions

Special glasses and aids are adapted to vision needs for near and distance, indoors and outdoors. The Optical Technology department makes glasses to measure and adjusts them.

• Special glasses for distance vision
• Magnifying glasses for near vision
• Indoor vision solutions
• Outdoor vision solutions
• Custom-made special glasses

Process and aftercare

An appointment at the ophthalmology outpatient clinic requires a referral from an ophthalmologist. After the examination and tests, Beter Zien continues to provide support with regular check-ups.

• Regular check-ups

Reimbursements

Beter Zien has arrangements with all health insurers in the Netherlands. Most vision solutions are reimbursed through the basic health insurance policy.
