Den Haag Lions is a HYROX and functional fitness club at Maanweg 174 in Den Haag, on the border with Voorburg. The club offers coached group training, small group training and open gym.

Training

The club offers training for beginners and experienced athletes. Coaches tailor guidance and variations to each person's level, experience, mobility and capacity.

• HYROX training
• Small group training: 30 minutes of training in a group of up to six people
• Functional fitness, listed on the schedule as WOD
• Open gym: training independently with your own program

Approach

Training focuses on technique, careful progression and guidance suited to the athlete's experience. Open gym is intended for experienced athletes; a session lasts an hour and a spot is reserved in advance.

• HYROX: running, strength, stations, technique and pacing
• Functional fitness: including pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, jumping and rotating
• Open gym: training independently during available times

Memberships and visit pass

The club has monthly memberships with one, two, three or unlimited coached sessions per week. All monthly memberships can be cancelled monthly; the first month is charged pro rata.

• Lions Start: 1 coached session per week
• Lions Basic: 2 coached sessions per week
• Lions Advanced: 3 coached sessions per week
• Lions Unlimited: unlimited training, including open gym
• Lions Open Gym: open gym 3 times per week
• 10-visit pass: 10 coached sessions, valid for one year from purchase

Location and facilities

Den Haag Lions is on the ground floor of an office building at Maanweg 174. The club has changing rooms with showers, lockers and a sauna.
