de Cirkel van Bhavana is a yoga studio in Den Haag. The studio offers general hatha yoga classes and yoga classes at a gentle pace, with attention to the body, breathing and personal guidance.

Yoga classes

The classes combine yoga poses and breathing exercises. Guidance is tailored to participants’ needs.

• General (Hatha) Yoga: suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners; the class may include exercises using props.
• Gentle-Paced Yoga (RT): adapted yoga and breathing exercises, including chair-based exercises, for older people and people with many physical complaints.

Approach

The classes focus on awareness of body and mind. The exercises help participants become more aware of their postures and habits.

Room space

The yoga studio has a second room of 50 m² available for rent.

• Rent the second room (50 m²)

Practical information

The studio is closed during the stated holidays and public holidays. Classes missed due to closures can be made up within four weeks.

• The door opens 30 minutes before the start; participants are asked to arrive at least five minutes before class.
• Only members can make up a missed class, subject to availability in another class.
• Notice period: one calendar month; cancellation can be made in writing or by email.
