D'LOVE health center is a movement center in Den Haag. It offers yoga classes at three levels and works with breath, postures, focus and flow.

Approach

The center encourages and guides participants in their development. The classes focus on a more conscious self-image and a deeper relationship with themselves.

• Bandha’s: Uddyana, Mula and Jalandhara
• Breath: including Ujjaiyi and Viloma pranayama
• Vinyasa: movement linked to the breath
• Asana’s: flexibility, balance and vitality
• Drishti’s: concentration and focus

Classes

The yoga classes are divided into three levels. Postures can be adapted; the advanced level requires extensive yoga experience and at least four training sessions per week.

• Beginners – Level 1: syllabus, mandalas, postures and vinyasa’s
• Intermediate – Level 2: breath, asana’s, drishti’s, bandha’s and flow
• Advanced – Level 3: for yogis with at least three years of experience

Practical information

D'LOVE health center is located on the Waldeck Pyrmontkade in Den Haag. The schedule includes group classes and personal training.
