Ambulant Centrum Den Haag | Fivoor offers outpatient treatment in Den Haag to clients aged 12 and over with mental health problems and a forensic risk. Care can take place at the office or at home. The centre works towards recovery and reducing forensic risk.

Treatment

The approach includes psychological treatment, medication and practical help. Clinicians and support workers work together on goals set out in a treatment plan.

Registration

A referral is required for treatment. The probation service, a GP, a mental healthcare organisation or another recognised support organisation can make a referral.
