Reimbursement and cancellations

Insured mental health care is covered by basic health insurance with a valid DSM diagnosis and referral letter. With an insurer contract, treatment is fully reimbursed; without a contract, reimbursement depends on the policy. Appointments cancelled too late are charged as a no-show.
