Psychologiepraktijk Delft offers short-term psychological care (BGGZ (basic mental health care)) in Delft for adults aged 18 and over. The practice takes an integrative approach using various treatment techniques.

Treatment

A course of treatment consists of up to ten to twelve sessions. When you apply, your request for help is first assessed; an intake meeting can then be scheduled.

Groups served

The practice lists young adults aged 18 to 23, English-speaking adults, and people with psychosis vulnerability or ASS (autism spectrum disorder). Home visits or visits at another location are also possible when needed or preferred.

Home visits and online

Home visits and outdoor sessions are possible within a maximum radius of 3 km from the practice. E-health and video-call appointments are offered in addition to face-to-face care.

Approach

The intake meeting lasts an average of one hour and follow-up meetings an average of 45 minutes. A referral letter from your GP and valid proof of identity are required for the first appointment.
