Mensendieck offers Cesar/Mensendieck exercise therapy in Delft. The practice focuses on restoring and improving posture, movement and breathing, and also offers workplace exercise therapy.

Individual exercise therapy

The therapy helps develop healthy, natural posture and movement habits and reduce, relieve or prevent existing complaints. After a discussion and physical examination, an individual treatment plan follows, with exercises and practical application in daily life.

The practice offers support with healthy working and movement, workplace advice and return to work. The employer pays the costs of training and guidance; individual guidance may be partly reimbursed by the regular health insurer.

Approach
