Kees Smilde has a practice in Delft for (trauma) therapy, relationship counselling and coaching. The practice focuses on trauma, relationship themes, stress-related complaints and work-related issues, among other things.

Trauma therapy

Kees Smilde works with the Somatic Experiencing model, supplemented by Polyvagal Theory. The guidance focuses on the here and now, bodily sensations and resources; tension is gently alternated with relaxation.
