Direct Ergotherapie is an occupational therapy practice in Delft. The practice mainly treats hand and wrist complaints and helps with questions about assistive devices.

Occupational therapy

The therapy is intended for people who can no longer carry out daily activities independently because of a condition. Treatment may include advice and training on different ways to carry out activities.

Hand therapy

The practice treats complaints affecting the hands, wrists and arms, and supports prevention and rehabilitation after surgery. Therapy may include advice, exercises to do at home, assistive devices and custom-made splints.

The practice is located at Verlengde Singelstraat 54 in Delft. Occupational therapy is available without a referral; for reimbursement, the practice advises clients to check with their health insurer.

Reimbursement

The basic health insurance package covers ten hours of occupational therapy per year. From 2025, the practice has no contract with Caresq and Salland; clients receive the bill themselves and can claim part of the costs back from their insurer.
