KICKTHIS is a kickboxing school and fitness facility in De Meern. It offers kickboxing classes for children and adults, fitness, personal training, clinics, and children's parties.

Kickboxing at your own level

Participants train at their own level and intensity. Sparring is not required; introductory classes provide explanations and individual attention.

Parent & Child

Parent and child train together in an interactive kickboxing class. The class is intended for children from 3 to about 10 years old and lasts 45 minutes.

Kids classes

The kickboxing fitness sessions are for boys and girls aged 6 and up. Children gradually learn the basics and techniques, with a focus on enjoyment, self-control, and discipline.

Practical information

KICKTHIS has a location on Strijkviertel in De Meern. Equipment can be borrowed for a trial class in the parent-child class; members buy their own equipment.
