Yvette Overbeeke teaches pregnancy yoga in Capelle aan den IJssel. The course prepares participants physically and mentally for childbirth over eight lessons.

Pregnancy course

The weekly lessons combine pregnancy yoga, breathing, relaxation and body awareness. The series consists of eight lessons, including a partner lesson, with time for questions and personal guidance.

Approach

The lesson begins with gentle, supportive pregnancy yoga and ends with tea and a chance to ask questions. Participants practise at their own pace; exercises can be adapted when needed.

The lessons are suitable from 15 weeks of pregnancy until childbirth, including for beginners and participants with yoga experience.

About Yvette

Yvette supports women during pregnancy with pregnancy yoga. In her lessons, she combines different approaches with body awareness based on the Taoist view.

Practical information

Lessons are on Mondays from 19:00 to 20:15 uur in Capelle aan den IJssel. A free trial lesson is non-binding; you can join at any time.
