HappyGym

About HappyGym

HappyGym provides gym classes for very young children and toddlers at locations in Bussum and Muiden. Children move together with their caregiver in classes with obstacle courses, games and music.

Classes

Classes for very young children are intended for children aged 11 to 23 months. Toddler gym is for children from the time they can walk until age 4.

• Classes for very young children: climbing, scrambling, movement, balance and playing together; the class ends with a dance to music.
• Toddler gym: warm-up, an obstacle course with climbing, jumping and balancing, a monthly exercise and a dance.

Approach

The classes let children move and explore through play, together with their caregiver. They focus on motor, social and emotional skills.

• The classes stimulate the senses and motor development.
• They help children overcome fears and explore boundaries.
• They strengthen social skills and playing together.
