De Mentaal Consulent is the practice of Ferry Koole in Bruchterveld. Ferry supports people with stress, burnout, trauma, loss, and questions about themselves and their relationships.

Support

The support focuses on what happens when pressure builds. It involves working with specific situations and paying attention to thoughts, behaviour, and the body.

Approach

Sessions focus on personal experience. Ferry works in a calm and safe setting, in the practice room, outdoors, or with horses; online sessions are also possible.

Programmes

Support is provided through programmes. After an introductory meeting with no obligation, the Starttraject (starting programme) may begin; afterwards, you decide together whether a follow-up is suitable.

• Starttraject (starting programme): three sessions spread over several weeks
• Vervolgtraject (follow-up programme): 3 to a maximum of 5 months
