Breath coaching

A programme starts with an intake and consists of at least five sessions. A session lasts an hour and a half and includes an analysis of the breathing pattern and suitable breathing techniques.

• Online learning environment with exercises to do at home

Training and groups

The workshops and corporate training focus on stress reduction, vitality, team connection and resilience. A breath circle is a group session using the Liquid Breath® method.

Practical information

Saskia offers a no-obligation introductory conversation. The five-session breath coaching programme can be paid for in two or four instalments.
