About Monné Zorg & Beweging - Ginvneken

Monné offers fitness and group classes in Breda, including at the Ginneken location. You can work out independently, with coaches on the floor to help with technique, posture, training plans and motivation.

Fitness

There is space for a limited number of people exercising per hour, with coaching on the floor. Training can be tailored to fitness level, goals and capacity.
