About Kara Psychologie

The support focuses on complaints and patterns that recur in relationships, work or choices, and on questions about identity and meaning.

• Emotional complaints, such as low mood, emptiness, emotional dysregulation, overstimulation, anxiety and tension
• Recurring patterns in relationships, work or self-image
• Direction and meaning after loss, change or a transitional period
