Diëtisten Zorgcentra Pantein provides dietetics services through care centres in Northeast Brabant and the northern part of North Limburg. The dietitians provide guidance on food in relation to ageing, illness and everyday needs.

Guidance

During the first appointment, the dietitian discusses the situation and creates a personal plan. Progress is discussed at follow-up appointments; the dietitian works with doctors and other healthcare providers.

• Guidance with weight loss, diabetes, Parkinson’s disease and swallowing problems
• Working with physiotherapists, speech therapists and occupational therapists

Location

An appointment can take place at a care centre. If someone cannot come to the care centre, the dietitian visits them at home.

Reimbursement

Three hours of dietary advice are covered by the basic package. The deductible applies. A referral is required for a home visit or a chronic illness.
