About Experience gym

Experience gym is a gym in Beugen offering group classes, personal training and Just4You Coaching. The programme includes boxing, kickboxing, boot camp and strength training, among other activities.

Group classes

The group classes are recreational and suitable for all levels. Participants train at their own pace in a group, guided by trainers.

Personal training and coaching

Personal training starts with a free intake, where goals and physical fitness are discussed. Just4You Coaching offers coaching for addiction, depressive feelings and excess weight, individually or as a duo.

How it works

A body analysis and fitness test can be done during the intake. This is followed by a tailored training plan with evaluation and adjustments.
