About Beter Door Paarden coaching

Beter Door Paarden coaching offers equine-assisted coaching in Aalsmeer and at clients’ locations when they have their own horse. The coaching uses horses as a mirror for behavior, emotions, and personal processes.

Equine-assisted coaching

During a session, the coach and client explore a question or theme. The horse responds to what is happening in the moment; the session ends with reflection on the insights gained.

• Personal equine-assisted coaching
• Team equine-assisted coaching
• Equine-assisted coaching with your own horse
• Equine-assisted coaching in education
• ‘On your own path’ program (12-23 years)

Personal coaching

Personal equine-assisted coaching is intended for people seeking calm, direction, or recovery, feeling stuck, or wanting to get to know themselves better. No experience with horses is needed; everything takes place from the ground.

• From age 12
• Themes can include stress, setting boundaries, insecurity, career questions, and difficulty making decisions

Practical information

A personal session lasts 60 to 90 minutes and takes place at a stable in Aalsmeer. There are outdoor locations and covered facilities; in extreme weather, the session is rescheduled by agreement.

• Also possible at the client’s location with their own horse
• Wear clothes that can get dirty and sturdy, closed-toe shoes
