Training Centr is a gym in Berlicum for functional fitness, martial arts and tailored training. It offers group classes, independent training and personal training, with guidance for different ages and levels.

Training takes place indoors and outdoors, in small groups and with supervision. The approach offers personal attention and room to progress at your own pace.
